Healthcare Waste Plant Construction

Consultancy
In 2019, RFM was commissioned to manage the construction of a new 20T healthcare waste incinerator plant in Melaka. The project was carried out during the global COVID-19 pandemic to support the growing daily healthcare waste needs of public hospitals in the southern region of Malaysia.
Capacity
Leading the coordination among multiple local authorities with stringent regulatory requirements, as well as international and local vendors, the plant became operational in 2022 and was fully handed over two years later.
